• Editable Canva invitation templates
• PDF instruction files
• Canva template access links

No physical invitation will be shipped unless clearly stated in the product listing.
3. CANVA TEMPLATES
Some InviteGarden products are designed to be edited using Canva.
You may need a Canva account to access and edit a Canva template.
InviteGarden does not require your Canva password.
Canva is a third-party service, and your use of Canva is subject to Canva’s own terms, conditions, and policies.
4. ORDER AND PAYMENT
By placing an order on InviteGarden, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Orders are subject to successful payment and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, technical error, or misuse of the website.
5. DIGITAL DELIVERY
After a successful purchase, digital product access or download instructions may be provided electronically.
Depending on the product, you may receive a PDF containing instructions and the applicable Canva template access link.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that you can access the email account used for your purchase.
6. PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION

7. PRODUCT USAGE AND LICENSE

You may customize the template for your personal use and print or digitally share the finished invitation for your event.
8. PROHIBITED USE
You may not:
• Resell the original InviteGarden template
• Share, distribute, or give away the Canva template link
• Upload the template or template link to file-sharing websites
• Claim the original template design as your own
• Sell or distribute the editable template to other people
• Use the template to create a competing template product
• Redistribute the downloadable files for commercial purposes
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the original template design to you.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original designs, graphics, written content, branding, website content, and other materials provided by InviteGarden remain the property of InviteGarden or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer intellectual property ownership to the customer.
10. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because InviteGarden products are digital products, refunds may be limited once digital files or template access information have been delivered.
